Exhibitors must have been 8 by January 1, 2009 and not have passed 19 on the same date.

Cloverbud Exhibits will be accepted from children ages 5-8. These exhibits will not be judged. Complimentary ribbons will be given.

All exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor.

Fair personnel may reject durably constructed exhibits. These may be disqualified after entry.

Label all exhibits with your name and address. (Bring a list. See page 12)

All exhibits will be judged on merit and receive a blue, red, or white ribbon.

No exhibitor will receive more than $45 in premiums.

An exhibitor is limited to no more than two exhibits under a lot number.

The fair management is not responsible for exhibits. Care is taken to protect exhibits.

An overall rosette and $10 cash will be awarded to the most outstanding exhibit in the following areas: Agri-Business, Culinary Arts, Entomology, Environmental, Fashion Design, Creative Arts, Horticulture, and Safety & Health.

All entries will be received at the Coliseum on Monday, August 17, 2009, from 3:00- 8:00 p.m.

Exhibits will be open to the public from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19 through Friday, August 21, 2009.

Exhibits must be removed between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009.

Prizes will be awarded as follows: BLUE - $ 3.00 RED - $ 2.00 WHITE - $1.00
