| City officials welcomed a new business to Kosciusko on October 19, 2007. Galira's Hair Studio at 231 N. Madison Street held ribbon cutting ceremonies in conjunction with their grand opening. Mayor Jimmy Cockroft welcomed the business to the downtown area and wished them well. Owner Angela Taylor and her staff specialize in cuts and styles, manicures, pedicures, facials, and more.
